Nothing much going on

Not much going on around here. I'm just working on my tummy time and am almost scooting.  I just know it can't be that hard- once I figure it out you'll never be able to stop me.  Daddy has bought 3 of the 7 gates we need for our house, so they are on their way...but they better hurry!

This guy is one of my favorite toys right now- I love those goggly eyeballs.  They taste good.

And I'm just starting to like my exersaucer- but only for a few minutes at a time.  I mean, really, do you think I'd actually let Mommy do something else for an extended period of time other than entertain me?? Nope

Look Familiar?

You know that awkward growing out phase when you are in between hair styles and nothing is quite working for you?  Well, I'm there.  Sometimes you just have to take the hand you are dealt and do the best you can with what you've got.  Remind me of this when I am 3 and want to cut my own hair...

Searcy, Searcy, Searcy

I made a quick trip up to Searcy a couple weeks ago to meet my great grandparents.  I am really getting around!  Here I am with my great grandparents Justus.

Shower in Houston

Some of my Grammie's friends threw me and Mommy a lovely shower while we were in Houston.  She put me in this super bright outfit- I think you could see me glowing from the moon.  Daddy said I looked like I had a clown ruffle...after looking at myself in these pictures I think he might be right. 

 

Graduation!!

I got to go to my Uncle Jon Jon's high school graduation.  My Nana and Aunt Ali came to sit with me in the back so my Mommy and Daddy could watch him give his Valdictorian speech.  He did a great job I must say- it's the best one I've ever heard.

Then we all headed back to my grandparents house for a big party.  I had lots of fun with my cousins.  I wish we lived closer!
Kylie put my hair fuzzies in Trenton's hair! I think they look better on me.

and I played with cousin Kinsey- she is lots of fun.

and I needed to take a little nap break in my swing....

My crankiest time of day is from 9-10pm when they make me stay up waaaay too late.  I really would prefer to go straight to sleep at 9, but every muinute I stay up past then
I sleep past 5 am, and for some reason they really like me to do that.  My cousin Brady came over the other night to keep me entertained during the tough time.  He was funny.
